Jeffrey Andrew Stine, 52, was found fleeing from the scene in the 900 block of Progress Road when police were heading to the active assault report in the 100 block of Greene Meadow Lane on Monday, April 17 around 6 p.m., according to the release.
Stine then tried to punch an officer in the face, but they backed away in time. Then the police used verbal attempts, a TASER device, and pepper spray— and final while he continued to struggle they took him into custody. Then they were able to investigate the assaults, the police explained in the release.
Stine broke into the 94-year-old woman's home, tried to rape her, and punched her in the face during the assault— causing her to suffer a brain bleed, facial fractures and a broken femur, police said.
A second woman was then punched in the face and then Stine stomped on her head— multiple facial fractures, according to the police.
Then a third woman was punched in the nose, and finally a fourth woman was grabbed by her arm and punched in the back, the police explained.
